Over three decades ago, Industrial Risks Protection Consultants (IRPC) was established to pioneer Risk Engineering services in Nigeria. We commenced operations only after extensive training and practical sessions in London, Loughborough, Texas, Chicago, Dubai, Johannesburg and Lagos over 30 years ago, on the new and specialized services designed to meet your business needs and projects.
Our Practice is specialized and multidisciplinary encompassing Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Marine Engineering, Quantitative Risk Management, Project Costing & Valuation, Facilities & Assets Appraisal, Machinery Breakdown and Pressure Vessels Risk Protection, Business Continuity Reengineering, Plant Integrity Inspections and certification, Fire Protection Engineering and Technical Due Diligence.

Our Evolution
Industrial Risks Protection Consultants (IRPC) was registered as a business name and commenced operations in 1991. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Insurance Brokers of Nigeria Ltd (IBN), operating from the Head office, CleanJohn House, 90 Ladipo Street, Matori Industrial Area, Lagos. The company’s operations subsequently moved to its present office at IBN House, 4, Ilabere Street, Ikoyi, Lagos in 2000.
In 2020, the company’s Owners and Board of Directors approved the diversification of the company’s services beyond the insurance industry into manufacturing, oil and gas, telecommunications and other sectors of the economy in Nigeria and other parts of Africa via the registration of a sister company, IRPC Services Limited.
The IRPC team is excited, energised and enthusiastically committed to raising the bar of service delivery to clients in Nigeria and other parts of the world in all relevant, expanding and rapidly-changing human endeavours.
